Our Care Homes

All of the homes at Branas Isaf have been carefully selected, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Homes are designed with the children in mind, providing a safe and calming environment for each individual to live in.

We have a number of homes across North Wales and Shropshire, which have been specifically chosen to enable us to offer a progressive package through our service. This continuum of care ensures that the development of each young person can be met within their living situation.

Some of our homes offer calming, rural environments, with the option of solo living cottages or small shared living homes; we also have communal living homes in more urban settings. In one of our larger communal homes, a small bedsit located within the property is utilised to support preparation for independent living and adulthood in a safe environment, where progress and capabilities can be assessed and developed.

All properties have high-quality furnishings and décor, as well as leisure facilities for the young people’s use. All residents have appropriate bathing facilities, such as an en-suite or bath/shower room for their own use or shared with only one other.

Each home has spacious grounds that young people can enjoy; these range from large lawned gardens to a home with acres of land and fishing lake!
