The teaching team at Branas comprises of a number of specialist teachers. We are committed to providing high-quality education delivered by skilled and dedicated professionals. All teaching staff are qualified educators, holding relevant teaching degrees or equivalent professional qualifications. Many possess additional specialist experience within ALN and with adaptive approaches to learning.

Our team continually engages in ongoing professional development to ensure they remain up to date with current best practice, evidence-based strategies, and the latest safeguarding requirements. This commitment enables us to provide a supportive, inclusive and highly personalised learning environment where every student can thrive.

Each teacher has responsibility for a tutor or House group, and so has the pastoral responsibility for that group of learners, leading form sessions, attending to pastoral needs in communication with key worker carers, attendance at planning and review meetings.
