Safeguarding at Hidelow Grange School
The safety and wellbeing of our pupils is our absolute priority.
As a specialist provision for young people with harmful sexualised behaviour (HSB), we have enhanced safeguarding measures in place:
- All staff receive specialist training in managing HSB and child-on-child abuse
- We use the Good Lives Model as our therapeutic framework
- Comprehensive risk assessment processes are in place
- Close supervision and carefully managed environments
- Clear procedures for responding to incidents
- Integration of care, education and therapy teams
